RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our personnel security team.  The successful candidate will be a natural leader with knowledge of government security clearances and workplace substance abuse programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training and new hire orientation
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure monthly goals are met
  • Coordinate team schedules, including office coverage, teleworking, and time off
  • Understand and follow establish procedures and processes to support clearances processors, substance abuse program and site badging and access control staff
  • Monitor daily quality and timely processing of work
  • Liaison between customer, employee and RED Inc management.
  • Work through simple and complex problems when they arise
  • Lead team positively through change.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Active department of Energy L clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Q clearance
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in supervising a team both local and remote
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Self-starter, able to work under pressure to meet commitments while maintaining quality of work and effective interface
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable completed National Agency Check and maintain clearance for duration of employment
