RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

Duties: to include but not limited to:

  • Docket new appeals in the MODACTS case tracking system and E-filing system
  • Obtain claims files and electronic files from secure server
  • Prepare Medicare appeals folder
  • Upload and scan documents
  • Prepare legal documents including; acknowledgment orders, interim letters, decisions and other legal correspondence
  • Prepare and submit weekly administrative reports


Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of specialize administrative experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft – Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Experience inventorying, ordering, and maintaining office supplies
  • Familiarity with docketing claims for appeals in an electronic case management system
  • Ability to multiple
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Hold or obtain security clearance and maintain clearance for duration of employment
  • Must be a US citizen
