RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of all drug screens company wide.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with members of management.
  • Facilitate random and new hire selection process
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment; providing backup to other team members
  • Ability to communicate over a phone for long periods of time
  • Strong communication skills; verbally and written
  • Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Able to type 50 words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Self-starter, able to work under pressure to meet commitments while maintaining quality of work and effective interface
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Active Department of Energy L or Q security clearance or equivalent.
