
Security Badge Enrollment Services (West Mifflin PA, Idaho Falls ID, West Milton NY and Niskayuna NY)
Duties: to include but not limited to:
- Enroll and activate US Access badges
- Provide badging support for the update of all government issued badges (US Access credential)
- Query employee record by last name
- Activate credentials using credentialing software
Required Qualifications
- Department of Energy (DoE) Q security clearance or DoD equivalent
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of at least 3 years data entry experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in – Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
- Ability to plan, organize work and meet deadlines
- Must be a US citizen
