RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Accurately enter information into government computer systems.
  • Issue security credential, permits, and provide keycard and database input
  • Process active and inactive and lost badges
  • High level of customer service and the ability to respond quickly to security issues
  • Provide reports regarding access for controlled area and support area adults.
  • File and store access requests in record management system

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Department of Energy “Q” Security Clearance or DOE equivalent
  • 5 years experience in an office environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to use and understand a variety of computer systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment; providing backup to other team members
  • Strong communication skills; verbally and written
  • Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up
  • Must be a US citizen
