RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

Duties: to include but not limited to:

  • Respond to brochure and other information requests received by email, phone and mail.
  • Prepare information packages for mailing, track brochure statistics, and create annual statistics report
  • Answer and manage office phone lines and voicemail
  • Order office supplies and keep storage areas organized
  • Coordinate USPS, UPS and FedEx pickup and shipments. Keep supplies in stock
  • Maintain logs for government-owned vehicles; including check-out calendar and routine maintenance logs
  • Update data bases with information/files provided by staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Hold or obtain security clearance and maintain clearance for duration of employment
  • Must be a US citizen
