RED, Inc. Communication - Credibility

Duties: to include but not limited to:

  • Providing direct administrative support to department manager and staff.
  • Perform complex, time sensitive tasks
  • Compose and prepare both routine and non-routine correspondence and presentations, ensuring proper format is used
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and track expense reports
  • Track action items and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day email, scheduling and calendaring for department manager
  • Record and transcribe meeting minutes and action items and distribute accordingly
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate complex meeting agendas and logistics for visitors
  • Receive and respond to visitors, calls and correspondence
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Maintain department server to ensure staff files are up-to-date for department manger

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to type 50 wpm
  • Must exhibit excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communications to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel management.
  • Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • High attention to detail a must
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Hold or obtain security clearance and maintain clearance for duration of employment
  • Must be a US citizen
